Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your
order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Times
Canada: 2–7 business days
United States: 4–10 business days
International: 7–15 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to carrier delays or external
factors.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
International Shipping, Duties & Taxes US ORDERS
For orders shipped outside of Canada (including the United States):
- Import duties, tariffs, and taxes may apply upon delivery
- These charges are not included in your order total at checkout
- All duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer
We do not have control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, as they are determined by
your country’s customs authorities.
Customs, Delays & Responsibility
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
- If a package is held, delayed, or inspected by customs, this is outside of our control
- Any additional fees required to release the package must be paid by the customer
Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties, taxes, or customs fees:
- The order may be returned to us
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping or handling fees may be deducted from any eligible refund
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
